Service Contracts
The Elite Service Contract is one of the most important investments you can make in your home. With it, you're assured that a qualified specialist will scrutinize your heating and/or cooling system every year. They'll look for - and fix - potential problems before they occur. For a reasonable fee, we'll be responsible for almost anything that goes wrong with your systems. You'll receive priority emergency repair service, and you'll receive loyalty credits for each year you maintain the contract. The costs for an Elite Service Contract are: Heating only $249 Air Conditioning only $199; Both combined (or Heat Pump) $399 (a savings of $49); Water Heater $89.
