MANAGEABLE PAYMENTS
Enroll in our Budget Payment Plan and your payments will be spread evenly across the year. You'll also earn interest on your account if you have a balance. Automatic delivery is required to participate.
PRICE PROTECTION
Propane or Oilheat, get peace of mind and protect yourself against rising fuel prices with our BuySmart Plan. For an annual fee, you're guaranteed to never pay more than the capped price. Better yet, if prices fall, you’ll pay the lesser amount. BuySmart coverage runs from 10/1/2009 thru 5/31/2010. HURRY! Deadline to participate in our price protection plan is October 15.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Choose automatic and let Quarles remove the worry of running out of fuel with our “degree day” monitoring system. We also use GPS technology to keep our drivers on track and on time. Choose will call if you prefer to monitor your own fuel consumption. Call your local division and your delivery will be coordinated within seven days.
EMERGENCY REPAIRS
ALL Quarles customers receive 24-hour emergency equipment repair service.
EMERGENCY DELIVERIES
In the case of run outs, automatic customers receive 24 hour emergency delivery service. We will schedule a delivery to will call customers who run out as soon as possible during normal business hours.
