Residential customers must be on automatic delivery, and use our services for whole house heating. Customers on credit hold are ineligible. Inclement weather requires adequate access (8 feet wide) for the delivery truck to make the delivery. If a run-out occurs, the customer will receive a $50 credit applied to their account.
