Quarles Program Details
DISCOUNTS FOR OIL AND PROPANE
Customers are eligible to receive a maximum of 10 cents off per gallon, if the following apply: Senior Citizen (55+), Military (active or retired), Automatic Payment or Pre-Pay Discount (guaranteed advance payment by check, credit card, or EFT).
BUDGET PAYMENT PLAN
Customers make even monthly payments throughout the year based on their estimated fuel consumption. Participation in the budget plan requires automatic delivery. Customers receive monthly statements detailing any deliveries, as well as their current account balance or account credit.
BUYSMART
Price protection program that allows customers to lock into a guaranteed price per gallon for either propane or oilheat during a single heating season. Protects all deliveries made from October 1, 2010 thru May 31, 2011. During the plan period, customers pay the regular posted price or the guaranteed price per gallon, whichever is less. As a courtesy to our customers, this program includes automatic delivery and budget plan participation. Discounts may be applied to this program for additional savings. Participation fee will be rolled into the customer's budget payment. Deadline to participate is October 15, 2010. Contact your local division to enroll today!

BUYOIL
This program is for our oilheat customers who want the security of price protection, without enrollment in a budget plan. This program also includes automatic deliveries.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Automatic:
Customers’ fuel consumption is monitored by Quarles, using our “Degree Day” monitoring system, and Quarles coordinates deliveries as necessary.
Will-Call:
Customers contact Quarles when they determine they need a delivery. Deliveries are made within 5-7 business days.
DEGREE DAY MONITORING
Our “Degree Day” monitoring system compares daily temperatures in your area to your household’s typical rate of fuel consumption. This tells us how much fuel remains in your tank, and when you’ll need another delivery.
TUNE-UP PLANS
BASIC Tune-Up Plan:
A Quarles certified technician will perform a complete tune-up on your home heating system to ensure your equipment is running at peak performance.
PLUS Tune-Up Plan:
A Quarles certified technician will perform a complete tune-up on your home heating system to ensure your equipment is running at peak performance. You will also receive a 15% discount on future repairs.
TOTAL Tune-Up Plan:
Our TOTAL Tune-Up Plan means that in addition to receiving a complete tune-up, you'll receive coverage on nearly every part of your heating system should you require extensive repairs.
