Need emergency service or an emergency delivery? All Quarles customers can receive 24/7 emergency service. If you’re an Automatic Delivery customer you can receive emergency deliveries 24/7—just call your local division. For Will-Call customers, we will schedule your emergency delivery as quickly as possible during normal business hours.

Do You Offer Financing For System Installations?

Yes! We will finance your installation for 12 months, with 0% interest and $0 down. We will simply divide the cost of the installation into 12 equal monthly payments.

For those wishing to spread the payments out further, Quarles has partnered with Consumer Comfort Financing. With one short, toll-free, private telephone call you can finance you installation from 12 months up to 5 years for jobs running from $1,000 to $15,000. The financing is an unsecured, low fixed rate. The best part is you can include other parts of your project in the financing such as electrical or plumbing upgrades.

What Is Involved In Replacing My Heating System?

It's simple. We come to your home and evaluate your system, measure your home to make sure the system we suggest matches your needs and give you several options to choose from, including several financing options.

Once you have decided on the system, we schedule the installation at your convenience. We show up when we say we will. We carefully and professionally install the system according to the manufacturer's specifications and industry standards and clean up when we leave.

My Heating System Is Old, But Still Works, Should I Consider Upgrading?

Although your equipment may be working, it may be working against you. Older equipment is not as energy efficient as newer systems. This means you pay more to operate your system than you should. In furnaces, this means your money is going up the chimney. For heat pumps, your equipment runs longer than it should. Also, you are more susceptible to breakdowns. New systems have better warranties in the event you do suffer a breakdown.

Why Should I Consider A Service Contract?

Quarles offers three levels of service contracts, the BASIC Tune-Up Plan, the PLUS Tune-Up Plan, and the TOTAL Tune-Up Plan. All plans include an annual tune-up. You can also select a plan that provides a 15% discount on parts and labor throughout the year, or a plan that covers nearly everything that could go wrong with your equipment. When Is The Best Time To Get My Equipment "Tuned-up"?

Off-season is the best time. Avoid service emergencies that come in during the heating season. Our computerized testing equipment allows us to prepare your equipment for the rigors of winter or summer. Be prepared and enjoy peace of mind.
