Fuel Discounts for Businesses
Fuel is one of the biggest expenses for any fleet. With fluctuating gas prices, having access to discounts can help drive back costs to your bottom line.
At Quarles, we offer multiple ways for businesses to save on fuel through built-in discounts with our fuel cards – whether you’re fueling at any one of our 190+ commercial fuel sites in our own network, or at retail sites nationwide.
Enjoy No Fees at Over 190+ Locations
When you use our Quarles Classic, Universal, or Over the Road fuel card at any of our 190+ commercial fuel sites within our network, you can enjoy no fees. Plus – there’s no set up fee, report fee, or card order fee. The price you pay at the pump is exactly that – just the fuel.
Many fuel card programs from our competitors offer discounts but can come with hidden fees, offsetting those savings. We understand that these charges can add up and affect your bottom line. That’s why we make it simple by eliminating any unnecessary fees at our pumps, so that your fuel spend goes directly to your tank.
Save with Volume Discounts
For customers that fuel regularly at our locations, our volume discount program offers additional savings based on total fuel usage. The more you fuel, the more you save.
How does it work? Just use your Quarles Universal or Classic fuel card at the pump at any of our locations throughout the U.S. and the discount per gallon will be calculated each billing cycle, based on the amount of fuel gallons purchased during that cycle. You can save up to 11 cents per gallon depending on how many gallons you purchase.
Save Up to 10 Cents Every Gallon with our Discount Network
If you’re looking for extra flexibility beyond our commercial fuel sites, you can unlock even more savings by fueling at select retail locations in our discount network. Currently, there are over 200 participating locations in our discount network across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Just use your Quarles Universal fuel card at the pump and you can save up to 10 cents off per gallon, every time. There’s no activation required. To find an in-network site near you, use our site locator tool.
Please note that this discount is available only to cardholders whose accounts are in good standing. All terms, conditions, fees, and policies of the applicable Cardholder agreement and any promotional terms continue to apply to this offer. Unless expressly stated, discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. Quarles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer, or to correct any errors, inaccuracies, and omissions, at any time without notice, subject to applicable law. Limited-time offer. Void where prohibited.
